Some time ago, coconut oil wasn’t very popular and was actually known for containing almost 90% saturated fat. This kept people away from it! Nowadays it has been shown that coconut oil for weight loss can be greatly beneficial in so many ways!

I found out that one of my friends was using coconut oil for her hair, I couldn’t believe what I heard at first. Coconut oil on my hair? Why would I? Then I heard about people using it to cook, as lotion, as a teeth whitener, as a weight loss aid, as make up remover… anyways, just for about anything you could think of!
