Quinoa Breakfast Recipe

So many of us may not be used to Quinoa. It is actually pretty new in the whole “Healthy Living” world. I can tell you that Quinoa is one of the healthiest foods in the planet. It is full of protein and good carbs! Quinoa can be a great addition to your meals at any time of the day. Most people use it at lunch time but you can make a great breakfast recipe with it!

So here is a great, interesting, and delicious new breakfast recipe you can try!

Quinoa Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup of Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 Eggs (scrambled)
  • ½ Avocado Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon of Salsa (Optional)
  • ½ teaspoon of lemon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of garlic salt
  • Add vegetables if you desire! (broccoli, tomatoes, arugula)

How to Prepare:

Place Quinoa in a serving bowl and add eggs, avocado, and cooked veggies if you desire. Top it with salsa and sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt.

The first time I tried this, I was kind of skeptical. I wasn’t very sure about Quinoa for breakfast but it was an absolute success! Definitely in love with this recipe!
